Team
A workspace can have several members. Each member has one role: Admin, Manager or Sales.
Adding members
An admin adds a member in Settings → Team with Add member, entering their email address and choosing a role.
The person must already have a Declario account with that email address; if they don't, ask them to sign up first. Declario does not send an invitation email: the member is added straight away, so let them know yourself. The number of members depends on the plan:
- Starter: up to 1 member
- Pro: up to 3 members
- Agency: up to 10 members
Roles
Most of these permissions are checked on the server, not only in the interface; choosing a plan is limited to admins in the interface.
| Action | Admin | Manager | Sales |
|---|---|---|---|
| Add and remove members, change roles | Yes | No | No |
| Change the workspace name, approval rule, logo, brand colour and Slack | Yes | No | No |
| Choose a plan and open the billing portal | Yes | No | No |
| Approve proposals or request changes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Send proposals directly when approval is required | Yes | Yes | No |
| Connect and disconnect HubSpot | Yes | Yes | No |
| Create, edit, send and delete proposals; manage clients, templates, follow-up sequences, webhooks and custom domains | Yes | Yes | Yes |
An admin can change another member's role in Settings → Team. Admins cannot change their own role, so every workspace keeps at least one admin.
Removing members
An admin can remove any member except themselves. The member loses access to the workspace as soon as they are removed.
